Ya'll, it melted my heart.
All I could think was how one day she will be reading her baby a Bible story. Be still, my heart.
Train up a child in the way he should go,
And when he is old, he will not depart from it.
Proverbs 22:6
The Message translates this verse as:
"Point your kids in the right direction- when they're old they won't be lost."
But my favorite, is how the Living Word reads:
"Teach a child to choose the right path, and when he is older, he will remain upon it."
It's a choice.
In our home, we choose Jesus.
